Description
We are looking for outgoing, passionate, knowledgeable people to join our bartending team! Grumbles Seafood Company is a quick casual, fast paced, family seafood restaurant in Port A with a great view of the water.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of food & cocktail menu.
- Follow proper cash handling and POS operations.
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a well-stocked, sanitized, and safe bar.
- Consistent & precise preparation of signature cocktails in a high-volume environment
- Adhering to company standards with all TABC regulations
- Maintain an open line of communication with management.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.
- Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year high volume bartending experience
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must Have Valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Valid TABC Certificate
- Reliable transportation to and from Port Aransas
